Jakarta — PT Mutuagung Lestari Tbk (MUTU), or Mutu International, has proposed Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno as the company’s President Commissioner. The proposal will be discussed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) scheduled for Monday, August 24, 2026, in Jakarta.
In addition to Sandiaga, the company has proposed Roestiandi Tsamanov as Vice President Director.
Sandiaga is known as a businessman who has also held several positions in government. He founded PT Recapital Advisory in 1997 and was one of the founders of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk in 1998.
Sandiaga also served as Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy from 2020 to 2024 and as Deputy Governor of Jakarta from 2017 to 2018.
Meanwhile, Roestiandi Tsamanov is a professional and entrepreneur in the fields of technology, mechatronics, and human resource development.
He previously served as the founder and President Commissioner of PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk (ELIT/Elitery), as well as CEO of Rumah Siap Kerja and PT Samala Serasi Utama.
The proposed changes to the company’s management structure remain subject to approval. The decision on the appointment of Sandiaga Uno and Roestiandi Tsamanov will be made at the company’s EGMS on August 24, 2026.
