Jakarta – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) has once again made changes to the composition of its Board of Commissioners. The change is marked by the appointment of Akhmad Syamsuddin as Commissioner based on a shareholders’ resolution that took effect on July 9, 2026.
With this addition, Hutama Karya’s Board of Commissioners now consists of Denny Abdi as President Commissioner, Mukri, Maulidya Indah Junica, Akhmad Syamsuddin, as well as three Independent Commissioners, namely Siti Jamaliah Lubis, R. Wahyu Muryadi, and Mudanto Hatta.
Meanwhile, the Board of Directors remains unchanged. Koentjoro continues to serve as President Director since June 23, 2026, accompanied by Sugeng Rochadi as Vice President Director. The other director positions continue to be held by Eka Setya Adrianto, Muhammad Fauzan, Fatma Dewi Setyowati, Mardiansyah, Gunadi, and Iwan Hermawan.
The change in the composition of the Board of Commissioners is part of a corporate governance refresh within the state-owned construction company. Previously, in June 2026, Hutama Karya also reshuffled its Board of Commissioners by appointing Maulidya Indah Junica as Commissioner.
On the business side, Hutama Karya remains focused on carrying out various National Strategic Projects, particularly the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) development. The company has also recently secured a syndicated loan facility worth Rp13.645 trillion to support the construction of the approximately 170.73-kilometer Betung–Tempino–Jambi Toll Road section.
