JAKARTA – Hera Handayani has resigned from her position as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA). Her resignation is understood to be related to her new career move as Senior Human Resources Director at the Indonesia Investment Authority, Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara).

Elnusa received Hera’s resignation letter on August 20, 2026. However, her resignation has not yet taken effect, as it remains subject to approval at the company’s next General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

“We hereby inform you that the company has received Hera Handayani’s resignation letter from her position as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs,” Elnusa management stated in an information disclosure submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (Aug. 24).

Hera was initially appointed Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at Elnusa through the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 6, 2023. She was subsequently reconfirmed as part of the company’s management structure in January 2024.

Before joining the board of directors, Hera had built her career at Elnusa since 2014. She held several positions, including Project Management Officer, Senior Manager of Quality Management, and Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning, Business Development & Marketing.

Hera’s professional experience also spans consulting, academia, and investment. She began her career as a business consultant in the oil and gas sector at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Ernst & Young between 1998 and 2004.

She later served as a lecturer at the University of Indonesia, Director of Development at LETMI ITB, and held positions as Director and Commissioner at PT Quant Capital Investama until 2023.

Hera’s move to Danantara adds to her executive experience in human capital, following more than three years overseeing human resources and general affairs at Elnusa.

Meanwhile, Elnusa stated that Hera’s resignation would not have an impact on the company’s operations, legal matters, financial condition, or business continuity.
