JIEP Reshuffles Board of Directors and Commissioners, Appoints Two New Directors

JAKARTA — PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (Perseroda), or JIEP, has once again changed the composition of its management. Based on a Shareholders’ Resolution, Septavianto Eko Hubunasyanto has been appointed Director of Operations, while Muhammad Fandy Wirawan has been appointed Director of Finance and Risk Management.
In addition to changes to the Board of Directors, shareholders also appointed Afan Adriansyah Idris as a Commissioner of JIEP.
Following the decision, JIEP’s Board of Directors now consists of Dharma Satriadi as President Director, Septavianto Eko Hubunasyanto as Director of Operations, Leonnardo Feneri as Director of Marketing and Development, and Muhammad Fandy Wirawan as Director of Finance and Risk Management.
Meanwhile, JIEP’s Board of Commissioners consists of Ade Irfan Pulungan as President Commissioner, Basuri Tjahaja Purnama as Commissioner, Afan Adriansyah Idris as Commissioner, and Said Aldi Al Idrus as Independent Commissioner.
The latest changes come several months after JIEP previously reshuffled its management in May 2026. At the time, Dharma Satriadi was appointed President Director, replacing Satrio Witjaksono. In that management structure, Leonnardo Feneri served as Director of Marketing and Development, while Safei served as Director of Operations.
The latest changes also bring Septavianto Eko Hubunasyanto back into the company’s leadership. He has experience in property development, having previously served as Project Director of Grand Kamala Lagoon and President Director of PT Lestari Cipta Griya, a company affiliated with PP Properti.
Leonnardo Feneri had previously been listed as JIEP’s Chief Marketing and Development Officer at the Jakarta Investment Festival Summit 2026 in August 2026.
Afan Adriansyah Idris also has experience within the Jakarta Provincial Government. According to PAM JAYA’s website, Afan serves as a member of PAM JAYA’s Supervisory Board and as Assistant for Development and Environment to the Regional Secretary of the Jakarta Provincial Government. As of September 2026, the Jakarta Investment Festival website also listed him as Assistant to the Provincial Secretary for Development and Environment of the Jakarta Provincial Government.
The management reshuffle comes shortly after the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on September 14, 2026. At the meeting, shareholders approved JIEP’s 2026–2030 Business Plan and assigned the company to develop an Integrated Health District.
JIEP President Director Dharma Satriadi said the business plan would serve as the company’s roadmap in responding to industry dynamics and expanding its business portfolio.
In addition to the Integrated Health District, JIEP is preparing several other development initiatives, including rezoning plans, Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) in the Pulogadung Industrial Estate, integration of the LRT and MRT networks, and a dry port concept integrated with the railway network.
JIEP is the company responsible for developing and managing the Pulogadung Industrial Estate, which covers approximately 500 hectares. The company was incorporated on June 26, 1973, to continue the development of the Pulogadung Industrial Estate, which had previously been owned by the Jakarta Provincial Government.
