Jakarta – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) officially changed the composition of its Board of Directors through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS/RUPSLB) held on September 4, 2026.
Based on the results of the EGMS, five director positions underwent changes. Meanwhile, the President Director, Vice President Director, and several other directors retained their positions.
The five positions affected are Director of Information Technology, Director of Risk Management, Director of Consumer Banking, Director of Finance & Strategy, and Director of Human Capital & Compliance.
For the Director of Information Technology position, Tan Jacky Chen was replaced by Gatot Prasetyo.
The Director of Risk Management position, previously held by Setiyo Wibowo, is now occupied by Johanes Barus.
Meanwhile, Evita Barliang has taken over as Director of Consumer Banking, replacing Hirwandi Gafar.
Nofry Rony Poetra also no longer serves as Director of Finance & Strategy. The position is now held by Adityo Kusumo.
The change also affects the Director of Human Capital & Compliance position, with Wiwik Wahyuni replacing Eko Waluyo.

- Director of Corporate Banking: Helmy Afrisa Nugroho
- Director of Risk Management: Johanes Barus
- Director of Consumer Banking: Evita Barliang
- Director of Finance & Strategy: Adityo Kusumo
- Director of Human Capital & Compliance: Wiwik Wahyuni
- Director of Operations: I Nyoman Sugiri Yasa
- Director of Network & Retail Funding: Rully Setiawan
- Director of Commercial Banking: Hermita
Following the EGMS, BTN’s Board of Directors now includes new faces in five strategic positions, while seven other positions remain occupied by the previous directors.
