
Jakarta – Atika Detty K. has been appointed to serve as Finance Director of PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (Sucofindo) (Persero).
The appointment was announced through a post by the Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Alumni Association, which congratulated Atika on her appointment.
Atika is an alumna of UGM’s Faculty of Agricultural Technology, where she completed her undergraduate degree in 2001. She later continued her education at UGM and earned a master’s degree in management. In 2022, she was listed as the author of a Master of Management thesis examining the valuation of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk shares in the context of the formation of an ultra-micro holding.
Before joining Sucofindo’s board of directors, Atika built experience in the state-owned enterprise sector. Publicly available professional information shows that she previously served as an Executive Vice President at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).
Her name was also listed in the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders documents of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KPEI) as a representative of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, where she served as Department Head of the Subsidiary Management Division.
Taking on a Strategic Position at Sucofindo
Atika’s appointment marks a change in Sucofindo’s board of directors. According to the company’s 2024 annual report, the position of Finance and Risk Management Director was previously held by Evi Afiatin, who took up the position on March 22, 2024.
Sucofindo is a company engaged in inspection, testing, certification, training and consulting services. Established in 1956, the company became part of the state-owned Survey Services holding, known as IDSurvey, in 2021, together with PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) and PT Surveyor Indonesia.
Sucofindo has also recorded positive business performance. According to the company’s report, its financial performance for the 2025 fiscal year was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders in July 2026.
The company also received a Bronze Award at the 2026 Australasian Reporting Awards for its 2024 annual report, recognizing the quality of its corporate reporting and its commitment to transparency and accountability.
