JAKARTA – PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), or Pelindo, has announced the addition of two members to its Board of Commissioners. Ubaidillah Amin and Hambra Samal have officially been appointed as Commissioners of the company, effective July 27, 2026.
Their appointments are based on the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) Resolution No. 355 of 2026 and Decree No. SK.124/DI-DAM/DU/2026. The change in the company’s management structure was announced through Decree No. SK.03/28/7/1/MKST/SKPR/PLND-26, issued on July 29, 2026.
Hambra Samal previously served as Vice President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia during the 2024–2025 period and also held several strategic positions at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises.
Meanwhile, Ubaidillah Amin, widely known as Gus Ubaid, currently serves as Special Staff to the Minister of Finance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He is also known as a young Nahdliyin figure from East Java.
With the addition of the two commissioners, the composition of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) is as follows:
