BUMNKini.com – The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) revealed that it still has outstanding payment obligations to third parties amounting to Rp1.609 trillion, originating from the implementation of the 2025 fiscal year budget. The outstanding liabilities cover various operational needs of the Free Nutritious Meals (MBG) Program, ranging from kitchen construction, event organizer (EO) services, certification of Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG), to the procurement of operational equipment.
BGN Deputy Head Agustina Arumsari apologized to all partners who have not yet received payment. According to her, the delay is not because the obligations have been neglected, but because the payments are still awaiting verification and review processes in accordance with state financial management regulations.
Based on the audited Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2025, the details of BGN’s liabilities include:
- Capital expenditure for MBG kitchen construction: Rp1.040 trillion
- Other services, including event organizer (EO) and publication services: Rp330.4 billion
- Expenditure for SPPG certification: Rp111.6 billion
- Government Assistance (Banper) for the MBG Program: Rp100.6 billion
- Expenditure for materials such as uniforms, spoons, call center operations, and other operational necessities: Rp16.1 billion
- Other obligations, including the delivery of goods to the Indonesian Defense University, vehicle rentals, and honoraria for food handler training instructors.
Agustina explained that the payment of all outstanding bills must go through inspection stages based on the transaction value. Some payments are subject to reviews by the Budget User Authority (KPA), the Inspectorate, and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), meaning the disbursement process cannot be carried out all at once.
In addition, BGN is still adjusting the value of several invoices due to discrepancies between the amounts submitted by third parties and the results of the verification process. This process means that some outstanding liabilities may change before payment is made.
BGN assured that all obligations to third parties will be settled using the 2026 budget after all administrative, verification, and audit processes have been completed in accordance with government regulations.
