Jakarta – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) has reshuffled its Board of Directors following an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on Wednesday (September 9, 2026).
At the meeting, shareholders approved changes to two director positions, namely the Director of Business Development and the Director of Human Resources & General Affairs.
Setyo Sapto Edi was appointed Director of Business Development, replacing Arief Prasetyo Handoyo. Meanwhile, Linda Delina was appointed Director of Human Resources & General Affairs, replacing Hera Handayani.
Elnusa Corporate Secretary Rustam Aji said the management changes were part of the checks-and-balances mechanism and reflected shareholders’ rights in the governance of a publicly listed company.
He said the changes would not affect Elnusa’s commitment to maintaining business continuity and implementing the company’s established strategies.
Elnusa also expressed its appreciation to Arief Prasetyo Handoyo and Hera Handayani for their dedication and contributions during their tenure as members of the Board of Directors.
