16 Prosecutors Transferred, Chiefs of Central, South and North Jakarta District Prosecutors’ Offices Replaced
JAKARTA – Attorney General ST Burhanuddin has carried out transfers and rotations involving 16 structural officials within the Indonesian Prosecutor’s Office. The reshuffle includes several heads of district prosecutors’ offices, as well as officials at the Attorney General’s Office and High Prosecutors’ Offices.
The transfers are stipulated in the Attorney General’s Decree Number KEP-IV-10422/C/09/2026, dated September 22, 2026. The decree was signed by Deputy Attorney General for Development Hendro Dewanto and confirmed by Head of the Attorney General’s Office Legal Information Center Anang Supriatna.
One of the most notable changes affects the Jakarta area, where three heads of district prosecutors’ offices have been replaced: Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, and North Jakarta.
The 16 officials transferred are as follows:
La Kanna
Transferred from Head of the Subdirectorate for Execution and Examination at Directorate E of the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes to become Head of the Palopo District Prosecutor’s Office.
Antonius Despinola
Transferred from Head of the Central Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office to Head of the Subdirectorate for Execution and Examination at Directorate E of the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes.
Oktafian Syah Effendi
Transferred from Assistant for Intelligence at the Riau High Prosecutor’s Office to become Head of the Central Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office.
Fitriansyah Akbar
Transferred from Head of the Banjarnegara District Prosecutor’s Office to Assistant for Intelligence at the Riau High Prosecutor’s Office.
Sulasman
Transferred from Head of the Sambas District Prosecutor’s Office to become Head of the Banjarnegara District Prosecutor’s Office.
Efrivel
Transferred from Head of the Southwest Maluku District Prosecutor’s Office to become Head of the Sambas District Prosecutor’s Office.
Yafeth Ruben Bonai
Transferred from Coordinator at the Gorontalo High Prosecutor’s Office to become Head of the Southwest Maluku District Prosecutor’s Office.
Fithrah
Transferred from Head of the Asset Management Division at the Attorney General’s Asset Recovery Agency to become Head of the Bukittinggi District Prosecutor’s Office.
Marcelo Bellah
Transferred from Head of the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office to Head of the Asset Management Division at the Attorney General’s Asset Recovery Agency.
Armen Wijaya
Transferred from Head of the Subdirectorate for Corruption Crimes and Money Laundering at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes to become Head of the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office.
Agus Setiadi
Transferred from Assistant for General Crimes at the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office to Head of the Subdirectorate for Corruption Crimes and Money Laundering at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes.
Syahrul Juaksha Subuki
Transferred from Head of the North Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office to Assistant for General Crimes at the West Java High Prosecutor’s Office.
