SURABAYA — PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat (BIMA) has reshuffled its Board of Directors, appointing Anton Efendy M D as President Director and Zahlan as Director of Operations & Engineering. They replace the previous officeholders, who completed their terms of service.
The changes were announced by PT BIMA through its social media account in early October 2026. In the announcement, the company welcomed Anton Efendy M D and Zahlan as its new directors while expressing appreciation to Paul July Supatrio and Arif Maulana for their service and contributions during the 2024–2026 period.
“Welcome Aboard. Selamat Bertugas Jajaran Direksi PT BIMA,” the company said in its announcement.
Under the new structure, Anton Efendy M D serves as President Director, while Zahlan assumes the position of Director of Operations & Engineering.

Following the reshuffle, PT BIMA’s Board of Directors consists of three key positions:

Gatot is not a new figure in the company’s management. PT BIMA’s official profile records him as having served as Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management since December 5, 2025. He previously held positions at several companies within the Pelindo ecosystem.
PT BIMA
PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat is a company engaged in engineering services, maintenance, repair and modification of port equipment, as well as the procurement of spare parts.
PT BIMA says it currently manages more than 2,000 units of port equipment across 66 sites in Indonesia. The equipment includes Container Cranes, Rubber-Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes, Reach Stackers, Side Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Conveyors and Forklifts.
BIMA is part of the Pelindo Jasa Maritim ecosystem and plays a role in maintaining the reliability of equipment that is essential to terminal operations and the smooth flow of logistics.
The company’s role has become increasingly important following the expansion of its operational coverage. In 2024, BIMA took over the management of port equipment maintenance in several areas under Pelindo Regional 1 and Regional 2.
At the time, BIMA’s operational coverage expanded from 18 to 41 sites, while the number of equipment units under its maintenance increased from 1,015 to 1,766 units.
The latest leadership transition marks a new phase for PT BIMA as the company continues to strengthen equipment maintenance services and support operational reliability across Indonesia’s port network.
