SURABAYA — PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) has changed the composition of its Board of Directors, effective October 10, 2026. The reshuffle includes the appointment of Fahrus Salam as the company’s new Operations Director.
According to an announcement issued by PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, the new Board of Directors consists of four members: David P. Sirait as President Director, Budi Satriyo as Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management Director, Fahrus Salam as Operations Director, and Muhammad Syukur as Technical Director.
The change also separates the operations and technical functions, which were previously held under a single position.
Previously, Muhammad Syukur served as Operations and Technical Director. Under the new structure, Syukur remains on the Board of Directors but will focus on the company’s technical functions as Technical Director.
Meanwhile, the Operations Director position, which was previously part of Syukur’s responsibilities, is now held by Fahrus Salam.
Fahrus Salam Becomes the New Addition
Fahrus Salam is the new addition to the Board of Directors of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. His appointment expands the company’s board while introducing a clearer separation between operational and technical responsibilities.
Muhammad Syukur, meanwhile, remains a member of the Board of Directors. His role has been adjusted from Operations and Technical Director to Technical Director.
The new Board of Directors is as follows:
- David P. Sirait — President Director
- Budi Satriyo — Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management Director
- Fahrus Salam — Operations Director
- Muhammad Syukur — Technical Director
