Jakarta – Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) searched the residence of Bobby Adhityo Rizaldi, Member V of the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK), in Jakarta on Tuesday (July 14). The search was conducted as part of the ongoing investigation into an alleged bribery case involving the BPK audit process of the Muara Enim Regency Government, South Sumatra.
KPK Spokesperson Budi Prasetyo confirmed the search. He stated that investigators seized several electronic pieces of evidence, which will be examined further to obtain information and strengthen the evidence in the case.
“It is true that today investigators conducted a search at the residence of Mr. BB, located in the Jakarta area. During the search, investigators secured several electronic pieces of evidence,” Budi said.
According to Budi, the search was carried out to fulfill evidentiary needs in the investigation into the alleged bribery related to the manipulation of the BPK audit results for the Muara Enim Regency Government.
However, the KPK has not provided details regarding the type of evidence seized or whether Bobby will be summoned as a witness. Previously, the KPK stated that Bobby’s summons would depend on investigators’ needs in uncovering the full structure of the case.
The case originated from a KPK sting operation (OTT) conducted on June 7–8, 2026, which implicated the suspended Regent of Muara Enim, Edison. Following the operation, the KPK named four suspects.
